That's entirely our problem, not yours. Every piece in the Carry fleet is fully insured — airline damage, lost luggage, broken wheels, snapped handles. You report it, we replace it. No excess, no claim forms, no repair quotes. This is the core of what Carry is: you travel without the financial risk of ownership.
No limit whatsoever. Your subscription covers every trip you take — whether that's 3 trips a year or 30. The more you travel, the better value Carry becomes. Each time, just tell us your flight date and we handle the rest.
Carry sources premium, durable luggage at the quality tier of Samsonite Pro — without the logo premium. We don't use ultra-luxury pieces because we want members focused on the trip, not anxious about scratches. Sizes: carry-on (20"), check-in medium (24"), and large (28"). You pick your size when you book.
We do our best to assign you the same piece where possible. Because luggage is serviced between trips, we can't guarantee the exact same unit every time — but we can guarantee every piece you receive will be freshly cleaned, fully inspected, and in perfect working condition.
You log your trip dates via the Carry app or WhatsApp. We deliver to your door the evening before your flight — you don't need to be home. The morning after you land, we collect at a time that suits you. No depots, no queues, no dragging luggage on the MRT.
Minimum subscription is 6 months, then cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We ask for 6 months because once you've had luggage appear at your door three or four times without thinking about it, you won't want to go back. Early access members lock in their discounted rate for as long as they stay.
